I am a female Entrepreneur and Motivator. Why do I call myself that? because I have built and created what I consider to be a Personal Development empire.  How did I do that? Through sheer Determination, Passion, Vision and Hard Work because I believed that anything was possible and that I could do it.  Was it easy?  No, because Fear was always by my side like a shadow and a wealth of painful learning, sacrifices and challenges.  

I am an Author,  Journalist,  Soul Coach, Psychic, Clairvoyant, Talk Show Host, Spiritual Healer/Reiki Practitioner, Mentor and Personal Development Workshop Facilitator  and that is only the beginning.  I work with dis-advantged and vulnerable young people and women.   Why do I share this with you?

Not to impose upon you nor to brag but to IMPRESS upon you that YOU TOO can achieve anything you set your mind to.  And as you journey with me on Qarma Broadcast, I would like you to think about stepping outside your COMFORT ZONE AND BOX OF LIMITATIONS.  Throw away the labels society dictates you should wear and start to think BIG AND BIGGER because YOU ARE MORE THAN YOU THINK YOU ARE. 

REMEMBER: Success is 1% Inspiration and 99% Perspiration

PART II

Self-motivation has been the driving force behind everything that I have created.  I have not always been in such a place of knowing and personal consciousness.  My life has certainly had its challenges and sometimes when the going got tough, I wanted out. 

Yet  my two children kept me going and the desire to create a better future for them and myself, alongwith the determination to experience life from a more welcoming and less painful place. SO WHAT HAPPENED?

I got tired of the struggle and the sometimes insurmountable challenges that I had to face alone.  I got tired of always being broke,  always burning the candle at both ends just to make ends meet.

I got tired of walking around with my emotional pain and baggage.   I got tired of hiding from me.  Of being fearful of who I truly was.  I had allowed myself to become so dis-empowered, I did not even like ‘Me’.  And more importantly, I badly wanted to be loved.  Yet the most difficult lesson I had to learn over the years was that until I learned to love myself, I could not love another and could not receive the love I deserved from another.

Then one day – I CHOSE to turn my life around and dedicated myself to WORK AND TRANSFORM ME.  It has been a long journey of unpicking habits and behaviors that no longer served me.  Of learning to understand who I was and how I operated in terms of how my world reflected itself back at me.  I also realised there was a wealth of resources around to support me on this journey and that I had to take full responsibility for my life and stop pointing the finger at those around me.

PART III

You may well ask, why I choose to create my own personal development company.  Because I wanted to reach out to support individuals in whatever way I could who felt as if they are walking life on shards of glass. I can say with hand on heart that my life’s experiences often felt like that.

So briefly along this incredible journey of mine  -   I was married for 14 years, which was a very painful and domineering marriage, where I gave away a lot of my personal power which ended in divorce 6 years ago.

I was homeless for a short period of time.  I watched my younger sister battle with cancer, and eventually lost her fight in November 2006.  Another friend lost her battle with cancer three months later whilst at the same time, someone I loved walked out on me.  I left a full-time job in 2005 to build my business and over the four years, I was nearly evicted from my flat, went without food at times and many other challenges.

Yet once again I am not sharing this to impose upon you but to IMPRESS upon you that if you really want something in life you DO WHATEVER IT TAKES.  Like Nike Says ‘Just do it”

To discover who I truly was and to uncover the basket of gifts and skills spurned me on to  be the best that I could be.  To create something which would turn into a global phenomena so that I could serve others.   So why don’t you stand alongside  me?  The world is your oyster too – you only have to CHOOSE to change your life around and the universe will conspire to help you achieve whatever it is you desire.
