BE AUTHENTIC FOR ONCE - ALLOW YOU TO LOVE YOU AND TO BE LOVED
This is little more than 5 minutes today but it is a message which I felt compelled to record, 5 minutes longer than usual. The message simply is to walk your talk as a leader, as a teacher. As leaders we have been given very privileged platforms to stand on, yet if we operate from a place of untruth, dishonesty and inauthenticity what energy are we giving out to those we purport to love? Remember you cannot give what you do not have and if you are giving then I would like to suggest that you take a step off your own ego platform and re-address just who you really think you are. It's natural to be in pain or to have fears as leaders - but it is equally important that we can be honest enough to look in our mirror of truth and do what needs to be done to address our own issues before we step out on that stage. Remember the lights will be on you - you an fool some of the people some of the time..............Be Authentic
