'I wasn't sure of what to expect at the reiki session and wasn't sure it would do anything for me.

Was I wrong. Esther took me to a place inside myself that I've never been to before that I've been seeking but not been able to find.
 
The session has put me on the path of finding myself and getting to know the true me.   Esther I'm glad I met you on that day after loosing my baby a few weeks before I couldn't see the positive in anything until that day.

session.  As I had already been to a workshop that Esther had designed

I  knew her work a little already. I travelled from Seven Kings to Catford Bridge to see her. In the session I had the most fantastic trip ever. 'The Work' of Byron Katie workshops and my passion for the work which is

I always go open minded into new experiences. On the day of the workshop, I found myself calm and ready to find out more about the day. I met Esther and her energy put me even more at ease. As the day progressed, I found myself having more and more fun. I put a lot of it down to the presentation by Esther, her authenticity, her ability to really CARE and to help an individual move forward. I feel a oneness with myself and I continue to make discoveries due to my participation in the workshop that Esther has designed.
