Once again it's that time of year for the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival.  Held at the Royal Horticultural Halls, Victoria, London, 25th – 30^th May 2011, the six-day show will be buzzing with activity, exciting entertainment and a treasure trove of marketplace stalls to meet therapists, sample healing treatments or indulge in retail therapy.  Free guided meditation sessions and a staggering 73 workshops offer everything from invaluable tips to enhance your health and wellbeing to a variety of yoga and dance styles, ensuring something of interest to everyone. 

This year there are many new faces who will be presenting workshops and conducting talks. 

As always, it is a privilege to support the Festival by conducting interviews with some amazing people.  I would as always like to say a huge thank you to Sharon O'Connell, PR and Mel Carlile for the opportunity to access and interview these dynamic individuals and for the complementary tickets towards Qarma Broadcast's competition.

David Sye

David is a Yoga Beats Elder - unconventional, energetic, good crazy and totally in his own power, David talks about his work in the West Bank, with disadvantaged young people and life  in general in a very va va vroom way.  David will be presenting a workshop on Sunday 29th May at the MBS.

Lucinda Drayton usually performs at the MBS - She will not be there in May but will be performing in November 2011.  Yet I still wanted to grab hold of this dynamic young woman, song writer, muscian, meditation teacher who has the most amazing ability through her songs and enchanting music to capture the heart and soul of an individual and empower it to realise we are so much more than we think we are.  Lucinda speaks of truth through her music and all she stands for.

Jez Hughes

I will be Interviewing Jez who has studied shamanism for nearly a decade.  He runs workshops in Sussex initiating people onto the Shamanic path.

Felicity Warner

Felicity is a Soul Midwife.  Soul Midwives are non medical holistic companions who guide and support the dying so as to facilitate a gentle and tranquil death.

Esther will be interviewing Felicity about her work on Friday 13th May on the INSPIREME Show on www.spectrumradio.net and Spectrum DAB between 9pm-10pm.

Felicity will also be running a workshop at the MBS on Thursday 26th May, 5.30pm-7.30pm entitled 'A Safe Journey Home'

The Barefoot Doctor  - Saturday 28th May


I will be conducting an interview with the zazzy and Peter Pan of the Spiritual world, the Barefoot Doctor to be braodcast on the INSPIREME show on Friday 20th May betwen 9pm-10pm on www.spectrumradio.net and Spectrum DAB on the subject of From a Mindset of Poverty to one of Abundance.

The Barefoot Doctor will also be presenting a workshop at the MBS on Saturday 28th May 1pm-3pm on An Experiential Foray into Taoist Energy Medicine.
