Laugh with Me at Lunchtime is a new concept on Qarma Broadcast. Should've thought about this before as we've been having some pretty cold weather over the past few months and I doubt if many of you have been up to walking the streets of London in the bitter cold.
So, for those of you who are cooped up in the office from sunup to sundown and who only have a copy of the Sun for company and a home-made sandwich - Laugh with Me at Lunchtime is a new show all about laughter, humor, comedy etc, etc.
So raise your mugs or plastic cups and here's to something which will certainly spice up your life and if for some reason you do not find anything here funny then send your complaints to:

The Benefits of Laughter on your Health
Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.- Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.
- Laughter protects the heart. Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.
- Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.
